1、Swinging(armbar from one side to another)
Beginning with close guard and finish the first armbar by stepping on opponent’s hip;
Swing the upper leg which is on opponent’s shouder, keeping the foot low near the ground to get bigger inertia;
While swinging, raise your body to reduce friction. Hands are not used in this process.
After the swing, you and your opponent should be in a 90-degree angle. 就是做對(duì)手右手 armbar 的時(shí)候,人橫在他左側(cè),菊花指向他的右側(cè)。
Swing 的腿在空中畫一個(gè)巨大的U形,然后搭到對(duì)手腋下,另一條腿上頭。
2、Leg drag
基礎(chǔ)中的基礎(chǔ),上位選手的基本功
Open guard,對(duì)手雙腳搭在我髖上,以攻擊他的左腳為例
我右手(外側(cè)手)抓住對(duì)手左腿膝蓋處外側(cè)褲腿(抓深一點(diǎn),防止對(duì)手膝蓋有內(nèi)外翻轉(zhuǎn)的空間)
挺胯、抽
左腿邁到他的右臀下方,脛骨給他的右大腿壓力
右腿邁到外側(cè),不超過腰,馬步扎緊,膝蓋不過腳
肩膀壓住對(duì)方膝蓋
后續(xù)變化:壓下去,bla bla
3、counter leg drag(to 50/50)
我雙腳放在對(duì)手胯上,對(duì)手做我右腿 leg drag,其右腳邁向我左臀部下方
我(像蝦行一樣左肩著地、髖往右拉,給左腿騰出空間)左腿伸直從對(duì)手胯下穿過,做反蝦行將胯往前挪一挪
此時(shí)我右腳踩在對(duì)手右髖上,屈膝,將膝蓋頂在對(duì)手右腳腳后跟后方,通過杠桿原理將對(duì)手摔倒
摔倒后右腳勾住對(duì)手大腿,手抓住對(duì)手右腳往我自己的右側(cè)掰,使其腿彎曲,且我的左側(cè)無障礙
我將在外面的左腳收到對(duì)手臀下,左腳腳背對(duì)著對(duì)手菊花(Tips 1: 此處縫隙小,不容易一蹴而就,tips 1:先將左腳腳趾背搭在對(duì)手右臀部,再整條小腿滑下去;tips 2:左腳腳掌踢自己屁股,就能塞進(jìn)去了)
此時(shí)我呈「看電視」姿勢(shì),二人為 50/50,左手撐地,上半身往左(腦袋往左看),起來
后續(xù)變化:可站起,扔掉對(duì)方腳,拿位置;可右膝直接壓上去,浮固;對(duì)手可能翻過來拿背
