朋友送的新鮮馬齒莧。比芝麻還小的黑顆粒就是它的種子。我們小時(shí)候用它編過(guò)手鏈,還有朋友說(shuō)以前拿這個(gè)喂豬。
似乎是隨處可見的雜草,但卻是一味頂好頂好的應(yīng)季好東西。


特性:入心,肝,肺,大腸,清火解熱毒。
功效:清熱利濕,解毒消腫,消炎利尿。
特別適合今年濕熱重,腸胃系統(tǒng)和皮膚系統(tǒng)大量出問(wèn)題的情況。
“馬齒莧,又名五行草,以其葉青,梗赤,花黃,根白,籽黑也?!毙⌒∫恢暌安荩瑓s五行俱全,厲害吧。
之所以叫它長(zhǎng)壽菜,除了五行俱全,應(yīng)該也與它擅清腸道濕熱有關(guān),若要長(zhǎng)生,腹中常清。這腹中也可說(shuō)是腑中吧。腑宜常清。
我自己臨床上用得最多最靈的是:便秘,腸炎,帶狀皰疹,青春痘。大多都是濕熱造成的。
市面上也有提取過(guò)的保健品賣,其實(shí)不用這么麻煩,生命力超強(qiáng)的野菜,挖一把洗干凈焯一下當(dāng)涼菜吃,也是棒棒的。比如哪一天熬夜眼睛紅了,吃一點(diǎn)這個(gè)涼血降肝火。
和前段時(shí)間介紹過(guò)的紅莧菜不一樣,馬齒莧涼拌吃草腥味兒更重些,略酸略咸,因此清腸毒效力更強(qiáng),被列入中藥,并且孕婦和腸胃寒涼的人慎吃。
