This time I use the title of the book to conclude its theme. The most crucial things this book has talked about are 5 principle. Now I want to mark them dowm,
1. By setting a limitation, it's to choose the essential part.
2. The essential part contribute a lot to the result.
3. By doing so, eliminate the non-essential parts.
4. Focus is a powerful tool.
5. Choose it, efficiently form a habit.
6. To form a habit, always with small increments.
All the explaination in this is around these six principles.Beside specifying them, the author also recommend some useful methods to boost your energy and motivation, however, it's all about less.
That made me reviewed my life, I can't remember how many times I had gotten my goals done, I always quit somehow.I don't know what I really want from my deep deep heart, I don't have the gut to purse it, I'm sooo afraid of failing.
The illusion that you have much freedom to take an opportunity, but have no responsibility to stick with it, will slow your mind, blind your eyes, the only consequece is that you get stuck, losing the energy to move again. That's why we never stop thinking and giving, no matter how hard is. The illusion you should know, is created to fool ourselves to believe that there is a great destination I would eventually get there, in spite of resting for a while and without an actual awareness of what I am doing, just to hold the beautiful wishes. Once you start makng up some simple lies even so small, this illusion happened.
Well, thanks to this books, give me a good way to examine whether I am on the road of achieving my goals, and it tell us don't be greedy, ask sincerely what life you really want and they can be with you from what kinds of goals.
