打包資源文件

默認(rèn)資源文件不會(huì)被打包到j(luò)ar，需要在pom.xml中配置

查看jar包源碼時(shí)亂碼

eclipse workspace的文件默認(rèn)編碼和源碼的編碼保持相同，修改方法：window--preferences，搜索workspace，修改text file encoding。
