昨晚收到應(yīng)用不過審的郵件,情況比較罕見,第一次見還有這種情況,是因用戶投訴而不能過審的。還沒聽說過用戶投訴這種渠道,有跟進(jìn)后再更新。
Hello,
We are writing to let you know about new information regarding the latest approved version of your app, xxxxxxxx.
We have received customer complaints that may indicate your app is not in compliance with the App Review Guidelines. Specifically:
Guideline 4.5.4 - Design - Apple Sites and Services
We have received customer complaints indicating your app uses push notifications to send messages that are either promotions or direct marketing materials. However, the user consent for general push notifications automatically permits > marketing notifications and users do not have the option to turn off those notifications.
An example of these complaints include:
"App constantly changes its notification category options to enable xxxxxxxx to send push notifications about their new products. I.e. there’s a notification category ”new products” -> I disable it after the first spam notification -> they > add new category called ”promotions” and auto-enable it and send new spam notification. Isn’t this kind of advertising illegal in EU? I’ve opted out once from their ads but they keep inventing ”new” categories which they force on me."
Next Steps
To resolve this issue, revise the app so that users must specifically choose to turn on marketing notifications and have the option to turn off such notifications.
If you have any questions about this information, please reply to this message to let us know.
Best regards,
App Review
