今天接到一位朋友電話，他現(xiàn)任無錫一家創(chuàng)業(yè)孵化公司高管，電話也是從無錫打來，問我：“你現(xiàn)在方向定了嗎？”我知道，他說的是我的創(chuàng)業(yè)方向，因為在他眼里，我就是一個一直在創(chuàng)業(yè)的創(chuàng)業(yè)者。他沒錯，我是一直在創(chuàng)業(yè)，在摸索。但是他錯在了那一句：方向定了嗎?

我的回答是：“我現(xiàn)在沒有方向，只有方法，我不在乎創(chuàng)業(yè)方向，只在乎思維方法，思維方法正確了，自然不會拘泥于一小塊領(lǐng)域了！”

陽明先生講年輕人要立志，但他老人家在有了很多閱歷后，志向選擇是做圣人，而不是說要在哪個方向去拼搏。

所謂破山中賊易，破心中賊難，先破而后立，如何立志？需要先破掉我執(zhí)，否則難以堅持！
