Health is important,but some students are not healthy.Do you know why?
Some students don't want to be fat and they know sport is good for their health,but they don't play sport.They only watch sports games on TV.What's more ,many of them only like watching TV and playing computer games.They always say,"Play soccer?Oh,it sounds boring.Play basketball?Oh,it's difficult for me.Why not do something interesting like playing computer games?"And many students don't have good eating habits.Because they really like junk food and sometimes they don't have breakfast.They don't like vegetables.They don't have carrots or tomatoes because they don't think carrots or tomatoes are delicious.They don't like fruit either.They don't eat apples.And they don't have bananas.Vegetables and fruit are healthy food.They have to eat lots of them every day,but they like junk food.They love eating hamburgers and ice cream.This is not good for their health.
Boys and girls,if you want to have a good body,you all should have good eating habits and do sport now!
We eat food so that we have energy to run,jump and play.We should have plenty of different things.
Dairy products
We should eat plenty of dairy products such as milk,cheese,and so on.Along with fish,beans and meat,dairy products make us strong .
Look for low-fat milk and cheese.They are healthier.
Grain products
We should also eat enough grain products so that we have energy to work and play.Grain products include bread,rice and noodles.
Eat a certain amount of grain products to keep fit.
Fruit and vegetables
Fruit and vegetables keep us healthy.We should eat plenty of them? at every meal.
Try to eat fruit and vegetables in different colours every day.
Water
Don't forget to drink water.We should drink 6-8 glasses of water every day so that our bodies work properly.
