“ACQ.4 供應(yīng)商監(jiān)控”的適用范圍
當(dāng)產(chǎn)品中的某一部分(如:某組件)需要委托供應(yīng)商開發(fā),且供應(yīng)商是根據(jù)客戶要求進行定制化開發(fā)的,適用于”ACQ.4供應(yīng)商監(jiān)控”。即:供應(yīng)商需要根據(jù)客戶要求,實施特定的工程活動。
不適用ACQ.4供應(yīng)商監(jiān)控的例子:供應(yīng)商提供商業(yè)現(xiàn)貨(COTS)組件,且不提供維護服務(wù)(原因:無定制化,無特定的工程活動)
(1)監(jiān)控所有的供應(yīng)商
[ACQ.4.RL.1] If not all suppliers, excluding suppliers without any support, involved in the project are monitored according ACQ.4, PA1.1 must not be rated F.
老楊解讀:在項目中,如果不是所有的供應(yīng)商(除非沒有任何支持的供應(yīng)商)都根據(jù)ACQ.4進行監(jiān)控,則PA1.1不能被打分為F(完全滿足)。
(2)與供應(yīng)商之間的協(xié)議
與供應(yīng)商之間的協(xié)議,需包括:
a) supplier‘s project content and scope 供應(yīng)商項目的內(nèi)容和范圍
b) exchanged information between customer and supplier 客戶與供應(yīng)商之間需交換的信息
c) joint activities 聯(lián)合活動
d) joint processes and interfaces 聯(lián)合過程和接口
e) responsibilities and stakeholders 責(zé)任和利益相關(guān)者
f) joint project management 聯(lián)合項目管理
g) test specification and testing activities 測試規(guī)范和測試活動
h) joint problem and change management 聯(lián)合的問題和變更管理
i) joint reporting and reviews 聯(lián)合的報告和評審
j) escalation mechanism 升級機制
[ACQ.4.RL.2] If agreements between supplier and customer are incomplete with respect to allaspects above, the indicator BP1 shall be downrated.
老楊解讀:如果與供應(yīng)商之間的協(xié)議沒有包括如上的部分,則應(yīng)降低BP1的打分。
(3)與主客戶協(xié)議之間的一致性
[ACQ.4.RC.1] If relevant agreed requirements of the customer's customer (e.g. OEM), are not part of agreements between supplier and customer, the indicator BP1 should be downrated.
老楊解讀:如果與客戶的客戶(如:OEM)之間的協(xié)議中的必要內(nèi)容,沒有包括在與供應(yīng)商之間的協(xié)議中,則應(yīng)降低BP1的打分。
(4)ACQ.4的關(guān)系圖
(4.1)ACQ.4內(nèi)的打分一致性
[ACQ.4.RL.3] If the indicator BP1 is downrated due to incomplete agreements between supplier and customer (see ACQ.4.RL.2), the corresponding indicators (BP2, BP3, BP4) shall be downrated.
老楊解讀:如果由于與供應(yīng)商之間的協(xié)議的不完整,而降低BP1的打分,則也要相應(yīng)降低BP2, BP3, BP4的打分。
[ACQ.4.RL.4] If the indicator BP2 is downrated due to incomplete exchange of all agreed information necessary for reviewing technical development, the indicator BP3 shall be downrated.
老楊解讀:如果由于與供應(yīng)商之間的關(guān)于技術(shù)開發(fā)方面的信息交換不完整,而降低BP2的打分,則也要相應(yīng)降低BP3的打分。
[ACQ.4.RL.5] If the indicator BP2 is downrated due to incomplete exchange of all agreed information necessary for reviewing the progress of the supplier, the indicator BP4 shall be downrated.
老楊解讀:如果由于與供應(yīng)商之間的關(guān)于項目進展方面的信息交換不完整,而降低BP2的打分,則也要相應(yīng)降低BP4的打分。
[ACQ.4.RC.2] If the indicator BP2, BP3 or BP4 are downrated due to identified non-conformances which are not managed as corrective actions, the indicator BP5 should be downrated.
老楊解讀:如果由于識別的不符合問題沒有作為糾正措施管理起來而降低BP2, BP3, BP4的打分,則也要降低BP5的打分。
(4.2)ACQ.4與其它過程之間的打分一致性
[ACQ.4.RC.3] If BP1 is downrated due to incomplete agreements between supplier and customer (see ACQ.4.RL.2), this should be in line with the rating of the related BP indicators of relevant processes of the project scope.
老楊解讀:如果由于與供應(yīng)商之間的協(xié)議不完整而降低BP1的打分,則該打分需要與相應(yīng)過程的對應(yīng)BP相一致。
例如:如果供應(yīng)商開發(fā)某個軟件組件,軟件組件的接口信息不完整,則SWE.2軟件架構(gòu)設(shè)計的相應(yīng)BP也應(yīng)降低打分。
[ACQ.4.RC.4] If BP5 is downrated due to gaps in analyzing, tracking and control of deviations from the agreed project plans, this should be in line with the rating of PA1.1 of SUP.9 Problem Resolution Management.
老楊解讀:分析、跟蹤和控制與約定的項目計劃的偏差方面如果做的不足而降低BP5的打分,則該打分需要與”SUP.9問題解決管理”的PA1.1相一致。
