其實(shí),無(wú)論干什么工作,都需要?jiǎng)?wù)真求實(shí)精神,只有在真實(shí)問(wèn)題(中),才能急中生智,求得解決辦法,也會(huì)加深施工員腦海中印象,我記得年輕時(shí)在工地,基槽內(nèi)水泵抽水,水泵壞了,取上來(lái)一看,老師傅判定,基槽水中有酸,得去效區(qū)校辦工廠(chǎng),買(mǎi)耐酸泵抽水,后來(lái)施工才正常進(jìn)行,經(jīng)過(guò)調(diào)查,是原來(lái)硫酸廠(chǎng)向這里排過(guò)污。

所以,在施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng),我常常為工人們施工操作做示范,尤其在施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng),面對(duì)道路狹窄,作業(yè)面有限,又要考慮安全因素時(shí),在許多工人經(jīng)過(guò)的電梯通道邊,我讓切割鋼管的工人師傅,在原地調(diào)轉(zhuǎn)一個(gè)方向,切割機(jī)工作時(shí)的飛屑,就朝一個(gè)沒(méi)抹灰的墻壁,解決了切割作業(yè)傷人的安全隱患,在烏美工地,塔吊司機(jī)正從車(chē)上下磚,我看到正要下在剛做好的水溝上,迅速跑過(guò)去,指揮向前2米下,并告訴瓦工指揮者,保護(hù)成品很重要。
