區(qū)分真實(shí)和非真實(shí)的痛苦
When we are feeling? painful,ask yourself,is this real or unreal?
每當(dāng)我們感覺痛苦的時(shí)候,我們必須要問自己,這個(gè)是真的么?
when you recognize this is real,give it time and space;
如果它是真實(shí)的痛苦,給它時(shí)間和空間;
when you recognize this is unreal,ask yourself: do I choose fear or love?
如果它是非真實(shí),你需要問你自己,你是選擇恐懼還是愛?
If you choose fear,you will stay there and indulge in the drama and the projection.
因?yàn)槿绻氵x擇恐懼,你就會(huì)待在那里,沉溺在內(nèi)心小劇場(chǎng)和投射之中。
if you choose love,you step back and get to reality instead of giving energy to emotions.
如果你選擇的是愛,你會(huì)后退一步看到實(shí)相,而不是繼續(xù)把能量給到情緒。

If you want to go to love,you will have the clearing process.
1 recognize emotions and give yourself space to express it.
辨識(shí)情緒,給情緒空間,表達(dá)出來
How to express the emotion(如何表達(dá)情緒)
three techniques: dynamic,the 4 waves of emotion,the gibberish(動(dòng)態(tài)靜心;情緒的四個(gè)波浪;亂語(yǔ)靜心)
choose the one that is the easiest for you .
Once you express the emotion,you sit and embrace them
2 embrace the emotion 包容情緒
3 recognize the thoughts that are activated 辨識(shí)出被啟動(dòng)的念頭
4 Make a list of dualities 做出二元性的清單
5 wait for clarity 等待清晰
Sometimes,things are not getting there very fast;you need to be patient
事情不會(huì)那么快清楚,我們需要有耐心
Don’t rush to the solution or decisions; just wait.
不要那么快速的去到一個(gè)解決方案或者做決定,就等。
Perhaps you see something that is not ripe yet,you wait for it to get ripe.?
或許你已經(jīng)看到一個(gè)東西了,但是這個(gè)東西還沒有熟成,所以你要去等待它熟成的時(shí)刻。
