First,find the right direction

Chen Lifang suggested that the new staff pay close attention to the grinding-in (磨合) and that find the focal point as well as the direction of development as soon as possible.
Second,make the best contribution in the best time and with the best role.
Generally speaking the moment the? graduates enter HUAWEI company, their rank is 13. When they are in the rank of 17 -19, they are low-level or middle-level administrators. And the one with a rank of 21 - 22 is vice president, or president .ChenLifang said: " when you are in the rank 13-14 , you should try to do more,and attitude matters in this period. when you are in the rank 15, 16, you should get on the ball. Even if you can not accomplish it once, the speed of improvement should be quick. when you are in the rank 17-19,you startdoing pioneering and interdisciplinary work, in fact, whether you can be ageneral or not depends on it."
Third,keep learning.
Chen Lifang suggested that you read more about HUAWEI's company documents. "Whoever reads it first will know their working directions and make a great progress faster than others."." Besides, install HUAWEI's internal App - the voice community, looking at documents and comments so as to achieve collisions between hearts. You are required to spend 80% of the time on the study of targeted business. Then, communicate with the colleagues in or out of your Department, and treat them to a cup of coffee or a bowl of noodles. What you achieve is much greater than the cost you pay. Don't waste your time on gossip, chicken soup for the soul and so forth.
Fourth,physical and mental health provide motivation for your health and physical exercise should be strengthened.

第二,在最佳時(shí)間、以最佳角色,做出最佳貢獻(xiàn)。一般應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生進(jìn)入華為公司后職級定為13級,到了17至19級就是基層、中層管理人員,而21至22級是副總裁、總裁級別。陳黎芳說:“13級、14級的同事,你就是要搶著干,態(tài)度比一切重要。15級、16級要把事情干好,就算不能一次做到最好,但改進(jìn)速度要快。17-19級開始做開創(chuàng)性、跨領(lǐng)域工作,實(shí)際上,你能不能沖上去當(dāng)將軍,就在此一舉了。”
第三,堅(jiān)持學(xué)習(xí)。陳黎芳建議大家多讀華為的公司文件,“誰先讀明白,誰就先知道方向,比別人先進(jìn)步?!痹僬?,安裝華為內(nèi)部的App——心聲社區(qū),看文件和評論,彼此碰撞。把80%的學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間用在針對性業(yè)務(wù)的學(xué)習(xí)上。然后,多和部門、外部門同事交流學(xué)習(xí),請人喝杯咖啡、吃碗小面,收獲遠(yuǎn)大于你付出的成本。不把時(shí)間浪費(fèi)在小道消息、心靈雞湯上。
第四,身體和心理的健康提供源源動(dòng)力,要加強(qiáng)鍛煉。
