DAY 9 | MIND-WANDERING AND HAPPINESS

With the development of our society, it seems rational to think that we are happier than ever before. However, it's such a big problem that people can't find out till today.

The TED speaker has found that mind-wandering has something related to our human sense of happiness so he carried on a research. The final result was extremely shocking. It shows that those who can focus on things they are doing feel happier than those who always have their mind wandering.

Although focus and mind-wandering are just one of the aspects of the factors related to human sense of happiness. It's still a strong evidence that we should care about material and spiritual perspectives because we are affected not only by the materials but also our spirit.

To be happy is not a tough thing, instead, to be rich in spirit is.
