和vogt緣分挺多的，在荷蘭工作的時(shí)候就被推薦讀《Miniature & Panorama》并且是非常暢快地讀完了。然后寫(xiě)《Distance & Engagement》的Alice來(lái)Amsterdam Architecture School演講，中午吃飯是在Bureau B+B的閣樓食堂，簡(jiǎn)單聊了幾句。之后去瑞士順便去看vogt做的諾華Campus（需要提前預(yù)約，如果沒(méi)預(yù)約有第二個(gè)方案：翻墻從萊茵河地形低的一側(cè)翻墻進(jìn)去，墻旁邊有個(gè)垃圾車(chē)可以對(duì)著墻角的粉色箭頭處然后爬上去，墻對(duì)面有個(gè)變電箱可以往上面跳然后再下來(lái)，別問(wèn)我怎么知道的，景觀設(shè)計(jì)師會(huì)的就是豎向設(shè)計(jì)）。然后Gunther Vogt又來(lái)GSD演講并且?guī)惗豷tudio，并且那年第二版的《Miniature & Panorama》發(fā)售。其實(shí)那個(gè)時(shí)候也是哈佛gsd景觀內(nèi)部從Charles Waldheim景觀都市主義轉(zhuǎn)向Anita Berrizbeitia的"Landscape as an Interface"轉(zhuǎn)向的時(shí)候，這個(gè)時(shí)候一個(gè)專(zhuān)做小尺度的歐洲景觀公司來(lái)帶studio有如一顆深水炸彈在所有其他大尺度studio里面炸開(kāi)了花，其實(shí)當(dāng)年就兩個(gè)studio是小尺度，一個(gè)瑪莎，我有機(jī)會(huì)以后提這方面的趣事，一個(gè)就是vogt。之后也和幾個(gè)可以說(shuō)是碩果僅存的學(xué)弟討論，也是一致認(rèn)為，《Miniature & Panorama》還有他的姊妹篇《Distance & Engagement》是做小尺度的首選教材。但也是奇怪，這么多年過(guò)去了，這本書(shū)在國(guó)內(nèi)反而知之甚少，所以今天來(lái)推薦這本書(shū)，也希望大家能多看到。

Miniature and Panorama?offers a look at projects since 2000 by the firm Vogt Landscape architects, Zurich/Munich, which is internationally active. With photographs, plans, and explanatory texts, this volume sets forth the intellectual foundation on which the projects of Vogt Landscape architects are based. In words and pictures, it describes and illuminates thirty projects, organized according to the exterior typologies of landscape, park, square, garden, cemetery, courtyard, promenade, and interior. Among them are the exterior spaces of the Allianz Arena in Munich, various projects on Novartis Campus in Basel, and the Masoala Rain Forest Hall at the Zurich Zoo.

About the Author
Gunther Vogt was born in Liechtenstein in 1957. Vogt Landscape Architects was formed by members of the firm Kienast Vogt & Partner in 2000. The firm's successful collaborations with the artist Olafur Eliasson and the architects Herzog & de Meuron have been especially important in helping to establish its international reputation.
