跟讀內容：今天跟讀的是C10 Test2 Par4的第11句到第20句

跟讀心得日記：

1、Many societies are much more fluid and democratic, and the structure of companies is changing to reflect that.(C10 Test2 Par4第15句)

跟讀這句話發(fā)現，fluid不僅可以用來形容液體的流動，同時也可以用來抽象的表達社會人口的流動性。

Our society is now much more fluid than before.

2、I think we're going to see a greater emphasis within companies on teams created with a specific project (Q36) in mind.(C10 Test2 Par4第16句)

跟讀這句話好多遍，單詞好像都聽到了，就沒聽懂什么意思。后來發(fā)現問題出在對句型結構的不理解上。

正常的一個emphasis on 的結構，中間被一個within companies 間隔開，導致我失去了對emphasis on 的把握，句子變成了碎片，怎么也聽不明白了。

3、And when they're completed, the teams will be disbanded and new ones formed.(C10 Test2 Par4第17句)

跟讀這句話，學到一個新單詞disband，表示解散某個組織的意思，一般用來描述解散軍隊，委員會、國會等，比如disband a troop, disband a parliment, disband a band, disband an organizaiton.

而后面new ones formed 實際上不是用錯了過去式，而是new ones will be formed的簡寫，因為并列句，前面已經有了will be, 后面可以不重復。
